Web Design and Development
This courses (Web Design and Development) at AWNET IT COLLEGE,are products of our vision to make the unemployed youth self dependent and employed. We hope to empower the youths and interested persons with same skills as regards the web.
It is actually divided into two sections which are web design and web development. We have in addition website hosting and knowledge of Content Management systems to it.
Our web design assures you mastery of a web design languages like HTML, CSS etc; web editing tools like notepad, dreamweaver etc; at least one content management system (say wordpress); web hosting.
Our Web development section includes: mastetry of PHP, JavaScript, MYSQL and Database Management via CPanel tools like PHPMYADMIN. See below for more on these in our curriculum for each.
The Image illustrations used in our lessons are meant to help you master the topics in the sense that we wish to make you achieve your goals with screenshots of what happens at every point of our online lectures. This would encourage you to type into your web editing software (say NOTEPAD). Typing is synonymous to writing and science recently have proven that when you read and write you get to understand and remember a topic more than when you read only.
Success is important to us and course work is taken very seriously. Academic records for students are closely and continuously monitored and evaluated by instructors from each web Faculty.
